The municipality of Kafaraka wanted to set aside a special night not only for the Koura citizens but also to encourage all Lebanese peoples to visit the village.
On September first, a special dinner was organized with the participation of singers Rogar Khoury and the traditional Syrian song ‘s king Shadi Jamil.
Rogar Khoury performed a special show with multi- types of Lebanese songs until midnight. Shadi Jamil continued the event with non stop show until early morning. The atmosphere was romantic, charm, exiting and unforgettable.

On Saturday 25 of August 2018, Kafaraka held the second day of the yearly festival by an outstanding show with the Star Fares Karam and Adham Naboulsi. A crowd of more than 4000 attended this evening.

On Saturday the 19th of August 2017, Kafaraka held the last day of the yearly festival, by an exceptional show with the Lebanese Multi-platinium singer Najwa Karam.
The show started with a fantastic performance by the singer Hadi Khalil.

An outstanding opening ceremony for Layali Kafaraka festivals took place with Melissa and the star Nassif Zaytoun.
A crowd of more than four thousands attended this unforgettable event.
Kafaraka was honored by the presence of vice president of the parliament Cheikh Farid Makary, koura deputy Dr Fadi Karam, the Governor, the Kaemmakam of Koura and more than a hundred VIPs in the festival.

The “Romaian Cultural Society” organized a seminar on 20/05/2017 in Kaferaka regarding “the Demographic distribution of Romaian in Lebanon”.
After a short welcome introduction presented by the mayor of Kafaraka Mr. Elias Sassine and Dr. Emil Yaakouk, Professor Najib Jahshan explained in details the conditions that led to the division of the romaian and affect their demography in Lebanon and Middle East.

On 27th of October 2016 and 9th of March 2017, the municipality of Kafaraka in cooperation with LIVCD program financed by USAID, organized two sessions regarding the quality of olive oil and the best available methodologies for the cultivation of olive trees.
