The aim of the municipal council is, not limited to preserve kafaraka heritage but also to highlight the suffering of our ancestors, their tolerance and their patience, in order to give the new generation hope for a better future.
New generation, should believe that the olive trees in Kafaraka are producing the best types of oil and the vineyards producing the premium wines only because they have been sown thousands of years ago with the blood of the resistance and the sweat of the peasants.
