Dr. Jamil Nehme

He was born in Kafaraka on 1946.
In 1977, he graduated with a PhD in Political Science from the university Aix-en-Provence in France.
In 1978, he was appointed as the director of the faculty of justice and political sciences at Lebanese University – branch II.
In 1983, he was appointed as the General Director of personal state.
In 1984, he was appointed as the director of General National Security. He played a pivotal role in the administration of the era of the president Amine Gemayel.
